Teri boy's pee and poo

Teri has been toilet-trained since he was a pup. We stayed together at my parents' house and when I moved, he moved too. I was pregnant with Lia at that time and I used to lay some newspapers in the common bathroom for his pee/poo. Well, in fact, Teri is used to peeing and pooing on newspapers, in a designated area in the house.

When I brought him back on Wednesday, he was extremely excited and dashed around the house sniffing. Apparently, he was so excited that he pooed on our living room floor. I had packed some newspapers which were infused with Teri's pee smell from my parents' house, and I promptly laid them in the common bathroom when we reached home. I expected him to do his business in there. Nevertheless, I picked the poo up, gently reprimanded him a little before I remind him that he has to pee/poo in the bathroom, on the newspapers. And later on, he did. (If you clicked on the link, you'd see that there is a clump of toilet paper beside his pee, well, that contained his poo, which he'd accidentally left behind in the living room earlier on)
