To the market and shopping mall

I finally had the chance to visit my neighbourhood's wet market last Wednesday. I've been itching to go there because there're stuff I need to check out. I chanced upon this cloth bag at a cart, good size, sturdy material, and best thing is - it cost just S$5!

I am into cloth bags recently because they are casual and easy. See the cute stuff they had on the bag. :)

And then, a polka-dot camisole and shorts set (S$14.90).

PPG stickers! So cute, had to buy, and I kept it for myself! Heehee!

A pack of hankies for Lia, S$4.

Digress: As I needed more of these hankies, I headed to Toa Payoh interchange the very next day for there is this shop which sold kids' stuff. I was thrilled when I spotted the hankies for they were of different cartoons, but almost immediately, my mood was dampened when I saw the price tag; S$ 7.90! What a hike! I gave up after checking through the rest and found same price tags. I was hoping, they had priced it wrongly. :(

So after my market trip, I went to the nearby shopping mall. Happily replenished our supplements at Watsons for these were on offer!

Bought (another) 4 packs of notebooks for Lia's birthday goodies bags, S$1.05 per pack of 4 notebooks. I've bought cheaper ones, just S$0.80 per pack, from my workplace, but they got sold out.

And lastly, my darling daughter's first ever set of make-up!

The baby's having a full dress rehearsal for her year-end concert tomorrow and I need to make her up! My gosh! I was at a loss, I mean, how do you do make-up for a 4 year old? What colours should I use? Can children wear adult's make-up? But where can I find children's make-up? Are they even available in the first place??? My own make-up were too mature for Lia and I think some of it had gone past its expiry date thus I shouldn't put Lia's face at risk. I finally ended up in The Face Shop. I seek help from the SA and decided on this lip palette, S$19.90 (how I loved the casing!) and the jewel effect duo eye shadow, S$19.90, for Lia. I will let my baby unwrap her make-up tomorrow morning, and then, I will take pictures of the colours in the lip palette - there are four shades, and of course her makeover!
