Yummy Harumanis mango!

I have always loved mangoes and I recently chanced upon the harumanis mango at the supermarket. What surprised me was that while the mango's skin was green, the flesh already feels soft when I pressed it gently. I relish semi-ripe mangoes which aren't too sweet (think: Thai fresh mango salad), and seeing the green skin of the harumanis mangoes made me salivate! See those pieces with some thin green skin, it adds crunch and I think that's the best part!
