Flu virus

I brought Lia to her PD today... Luckily, it is just a bout of flu virus and not some awful infections. PD's clinic is always crowded, and we sure waited long! I was famished by the time we reached home and I ate my lunch only at 3pm! That's life, I had to serve my princess first.

The little one has lost weight. As on today, she weighs just 8.8 kg (fully clothed) and stands at approximately 78 cm tall. Fever is being brought down by regular doses of paracetamol and hearing her occasional cough, I gave her the medication for it too.

She is not eating as much, porridge just turns her off now. Super whiney and clingy, she looks to my bosom for comfort. I'd let her nurse all she wants, as that gives me an excuse for lazing too!
