New basin, new WC

WC unit with slow closing (no slam anymore!) seat cover, S$ 158.00, from Sim Siang Choon as well.
A crack have had surfaced on our WC (common bathroom, which is now Lia's bathroom) sometimes ago, and James joked that I must have sat too much on it when I was preggie! I had casually asked if we should change it as well, and after pondering, James decided to go for it. We get a free delivery, together with our wash basin too! James got his contractor-customer-friend who dabbles in water works to come by for the fix-up, I am not sure on how much the costs were but James told me it was just a token sum. How nice! ;p
