Dumplings

Lia and I, we're on a vacation. We're back at my parents' place! Haha! I pack a suitcase, we arrive, we unpack, we do nothing much but laze and play for the next few days. :D

It's duan-wu-jie and my mom made dumplings!



Lean pork, salted egg yolks, chestnuts, Chinese mushrooms, garlic, dried shrimp and even dried mussels! I loved my mom's dumplings, it is not oily and the glutinous rice is always good, not too mushy and not too hard. I must learn it someday!
