Chilli prawns



Dee introduced us to this chilli crab premix and it is really fantastic! Besides crabs, this premix is good for most seafood and Dee has often cooked chilli prawns with it. We ate it, liked it and promptly bought a pack. Last night, the man requested chilli prawns for dinner...

I was nervous, it was my first time using this premix and I didn't wanna screw up. I read the instructions over and over again just to be sure.



And I made it! My man was full of praises for me and the dish! I didn't take credit for the seasoning for it was a premix but luckily, I added the right amount of water and stuffs to make it right.

Some strips of toast... I used Four Leaves thick-sliced loaf.



I ate only half my normal serving of rice for toast in gravy is just too good!



Lia ate lots of toast too.



As I first took a photo of the toast, Lia posed happily beside it. But I had aimed for the toast only and not her! When she saw the photo, she was disappointed and asked why no Talia? James and I sniggered; and so, I took a photo of HER and the toast.
