Roast pork noodles

Okay, CNY's pretty much over and no more excuses for me to be lazing around.

Just yesterday, I was in my really-lazy-dragging-my-feet mood and wasn't too keen in cooking lunch. James, as usual, had to work a little later and thus, can't get him to tapau food. I started thinking of the wanton noodles across the road; but later on decided against it for it's like 12pm and Mr Sun's shinning quite brightly on us. I moped around in my kitchen and thought, hey it's noodles, veg and char-siew anyway, just whip up my own lah! Apart from the usual marketing stuff, my father-in-law bought me some roast pork and fish balls in the morning, so I put all and all together and came up with my own roast pork noodles!

Pan-fried the fish balls and roast pork, blanched some veg, plain cooked and drained some Tung-yi instant noodles, drizzle sesame oil and a tiny bit of light soy sauce on noodles, add a dollop of chilli - for my serving, and there you have it!
