Muzzy head
*Sign... I have a muzzy head, still.
Finished my antibiotics and flu medicine, but bought two more bottles of cough mixture, as cough always lingers the longest. Thick and persistentflam phlegm with every cough, I had managed to spit out some. Eww! Mustard in colour!
Lia is starting school next Monday. James said he would come in with us, and see how the little one would fare. I am glad, for I would be able to take pictures and probably even videos - if the school allows or if I am sneaky enough to not let them notice, on Lia's first day of school!
Most things are ready, school bag packed, have finalised the school start and school end time for the little one. Just that I have not stick Lia's name on her bring-to-school-daily items, and that we have yet collect the mattress covers which I asked my mother-in-law to sew. For their nap time mattress and the school charges like S$ 20+ for two pieces, and it wasn't even single size! How expensive! And one more thing, I am intending to do a trial on the bus trips to properly estimate the timing. That is, to bring Lia on one fine morning - which I am seriously running out of time, take the bus that'd bring us somewhere near school and decided on the route to take. There isn't any bus right up to her school, and that means some good walking exercises every morning.
I try not to think of the negative or the positive, I am letting my thoughts stay neutral. Part of me can't wait for Lia to start for it is so exciting, while part of me, I am feeling sad. I have been telling the little one during her shower times, that she would be going to school next week and that the teacher would be bathing her instead of me. That she has to listen to the teacher and she'd attend classes, drink her Pediasure milk made by the teacher and take afternoon naps with her classmates. The teacher's gonna tell stories, and after all the fun, mommy would return to pick her up after her work...
It's gonna be an all new arrangement, and it's gonna be hard...
