Brunch is served, cheers!
Lately, we have been sleeping and waking up late. Lia just can't fall asleep until it's like 1130pm (though we were in bed by 930pm or 10pm usually), and for myself, I would creep out of bed once she doze off and get sucked into virtual land. =)
Brunch, has thus become common and it was 12pm when we finally settle down to eat this...
I have loosen my apron strings greatly, and I am not affected by the time of our meals. Though breakfast is important, but we were sleeping anyway (and we needed the sleep - excuse), and as long the kid eats when she has to eat, I am okay. Of course, she has to eat the right foods too. Fine tuning will take place when the kid is due for her nursery classes next year.
Lia likes to cheers at almost everything we have in common. Cheers the fork - as seen in above picture; with a piece of sausage in the mouth thus the bulge in her right cheek, cheers the spoon, cheers the plate, or even cheers the sausage, she would go, and the list never ends.
Brunch at 12pm, tea at 330pm. I ate profiteroles (cream puffs) and Lia, some Sara Lee cake. Talking about profiteroles makes me drool now. I bought it through a bulk purchase and it is from Amosco. Delicious bite-sized puffs, filled up to the brim with vanilla cream, I have to eat at least 5-6 at one go. ;p
Vanilla profiteroles, S$12 for a pack of 60. They come frozen and it is a very convenient dessert. However, Lia wasn't too keen in it. Probably it was too cold for her or the vanilla cream was overwhelming, but I'm sure she'd grow to like it someday.

I finally found another mommy and child who sleep almost as late as us! I thought we had to hide our secrets in the closet! :P It's really a luxury to be able to sleep late, isn't it! :)
