Tian Tian Lai Fish Head Steamboat
(Hee, food again!)
Last Sunday, we went out for dinner at Jalan Kayu... James was enticed by this "Tian Tian Lai Fish Head Steamboat" zhu-chao stall and had been wanting to try it out.
Top, from left: Lime juice - really got lime! And frogs' legs in spring onion; rather fresh! But James complained that there were too much spring onions and he couldn't taste the frogs' legs! But I still have to add: the dish is nice!
Bottom, from left: Our usual dishes at zhu-chao stalls, prawn paste chicken and hotplate tofu.
Overall verdict: Food's quite nice and fresh, served promptly too. The bill came up to S$ 32.50.
It is really hard to get the little one buckled up in her high chair... Not to mention her "itchy hands" too...
We then decided to take the high chair away and let Lia stand on a normal chair instead, easier for James to hold on to her and she can turn to any directions she likes!
