Belly button

On and off, Lia has been poking at her belly button... On some occasions, she ended up with scratches on the area around it. Makes us think; is it really that itchy? Or is she just curious? My mom was saying that I should not attempt to dig nor deep clean the belly button, least the little one gets a tummyache...
