Mixed grain brown rice

Brown rice.

I have made it our staple table food, as brown rice is far more nutritious than white rice. This thought came to my mind when Lia started eating table food with us. In the past, Lia's porridge consisted of three types of grains; namely millet (organic), calrose (short grain white), and brown rice (short grain, organic). I even added rolled oats (organic as well!) towards the end. Yes, I am a really kiasu mommy and I want my baby to eat healthily. To me, white rice just doesn't seemed good enough for her. Both my parents and my parents-in-law were eating mixed grain brown rice on and off and I decided to follow suit, just that we are gonna eat it daily. =)
